RALLEY Returns & Refunds
In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged please e-mail us immediately so that we can arrange for it to be returned to us at no cost to you and to send you a replacement. Should this occur we would ask you to return all the original packaging with the damaged item.
If you are returning an item for any other reason under our 15 day no-quibble returns policy then you should repack the item in the original packing materials and return it to the following address:

In this case the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot refund your original shipping charges. The returned merchandise will be credited to your credit card.
