These panels are hand-crafted using the copper foil technique pioneered by Louis Comfort Tiffany and John La Farge in the 19th century. This one is made from more than 600 individually hand cut pieces of stained glass and is framed in antiqued brass. A solid brass hanging chain and brackets are included.
Meyda Tiffany has been producing stained glass for over 30 years. The panels are designed in their New York studio and made in China using American and European glass. Some of the glass used is the same types and made by the same glass-makers which supplied Tiffany Studios and other leading stained glass makers over a century ago. | | | Features: | |
